2015 National Ticketing Software satisfaction Survey

This national survey uncovers the gains of CRM systems in the ticketing and customer data profile ecosystem in arts organizations across the United States. Amongst notable findings was the need for increased ease of use and reporting in the systems and smoother mobile pathways. Additionally, 89% were using a single system for their ticketing and donor information, showing that the data used from admissions for visual and performing arts is increasingly streamlined and efficient.
