What You Were Reading in 2019: Top 10 in Arts Management & Technology

As the year draws to a close, it is interesting to see what the field is thinking about with respect to arts management and technology, at least as viewed through our own Google Analytics. Some results are particularly Interesting to me as a publisher. In 2019 we expanded our research to include more creative industries. We are still investigating technology in the traditional arts, like opera and museums, but we also began researching emerging forms like video games. It seems readers approve, particularly with respect to music streaming with 2 articles hitting the top 10. And, of course, some content will not be much of a surprise, like Artificial Intelligence and chatbots as well as VR/AR uses in the performing arts.

If you’re just curious to see what others found interesting or if you missed reading our articles, reviews and interviews, I think you’ll find the list pretty fun and intellectually diverse. I look forward to 2020 and the continued adventures of arts management and technology.
